Are You

Tired of These Frustrations?

If any of this sounds familiar, you are in the right place.

Uncertain Quality

Big-box stores and online options make it hard to know if a floor will actually look good and last in your home.

We bring real samples to your home so you choose in your own lighting.

Weeks-Long Timelines

Other contractors string flooring projects out for weeks while your home stays in chaos.

Most installations completed in 3 days, scheduled within a week of signing.

Contractor Horror Stories

Missed deadlines, hidden fees, and sloppy work plague the flooring industry.

Installation Services by Material

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)

LVP is our most-installed material and the right choice for most Arizona homes. It’s waterproof, heat-stable, and the rigid SPC core handles slab-on-grade conditions better than any wood-based product. A whole-home install typically finishes in three days. Use it in living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and bedrooms — essentially everywhere except outdoor patios.

Laminate Flooring

Laminate is the most affordable hardwood-look option we install. It’s a strong fit for bedrooms, hallways, and dry living areas where you want the warmth of wood at a friendlier price point. We don’t install laminate in bathrooms, laundry rooms, or kitchens with active spill risk — for those rooms, we’ll steer you toward LVP. A properly installed laminate floor with a true vapor barrier lasts 15 to 20 years.

Porcelain Tile

Porcelain is the longest-lasting flooring material we install — 30 to 50 years of service when done correctly. It dominates in bathrooms, kitchens, entryways, and outdoor covered patios. We specialize in large-format porcelain (24x24 and larger) with the substrate flatness, crack isolation membrane, and thinset technique that large-format requires. We also build full custom tile showers from the slab up.

Natural Stone Tile

Travertine, slate, marble, limestone, granite, and quartzite. Natural stone is the most demanding flooring material to install correctly — pre-sealing before grout, dry-layout calibration, stone-specific sealers, and acid-sensitivity awareness all matter. With the right install, a natural stone floor lasts generations.

Commercial Flooring

Office buildouts, retail spaces, multifamily turnover, light-industrial, tenant improvements. Commercial work runs on different rules than residential — after-hours scheduling, COI and W-9 documentation, phased installs in occupied buildings, GC coordination. We do all of that.

How to Choose the Right Material

Most homeowners don’t come in knowing exactly which material they want. Here’s the practical decision framework we use during the free in-home consultation:

The material decision is rarely the hardest part. Once we walk through your space and talk through how each room actually gets used, the right material usually picks itself.

Our Installation Process

Every project — from a single bedroom to a 15,000 square-foot office — follows the same disciplined process.

1. Free In-Home Consultation

We bring physical samples to your home and walk through material options, finish styles, plank widths or tile sizes, and price tiers. Seeing the material in your actual lighting, next to your existing trim and cabinetry, eliminates the guesswork that comes from picking under showroom lights.

2. Substrate Assessment & Written Estimate

Before we quote a number, we check what’s under your existing floor. Slab moisture, flatness, crack history, door clearances, and transitions all affect the install and the price. You receive a detailed itemized written estimate covering materials, labor, demolition, subfloor preparation, and finish work. Our pricing is transparent — what we quote is what you pay. For a deeper breakdown of what drives project costs, see our guide on flooring installation costs in Maricopa County.

3. Subfloor Preparation

On install day, our crew arrives on time and starts with demolition of the existing flooring. Once the substrate is exposed, we verify flatness with a 10-foot straightedge, check moisture readings, and apply self-leveling compound where needed. For tile work, we install crack isolation membrane appropriate for Arizona slab movement. For laminate and LVP on slab, we install vapor barriers. Subfloor prep is the single most important step in any flooring install — skip it and the floor fails. Our guide on why subfloor leveling matters explains what this stage involves.

4. Installation to Manufacturer Specification

Material installation follows the manufacturer’s specifications to the letter. Expansion gaps at every perimeter and obstruction. Proper trowel size and full mortar coverage for tile. Pre-sealing for porous natural stone. Acoustic underlayment where required. Click-lock floating, glue-down, or nail-down installation per the product.

5. Trim, Transitions, and Final Cleanup

Baseboards, quarter-round, door transitions, and stair treads go in last. We use color-matched transitions between flooring types. The crew vacuums, mops, and hauls all debris off-site before we leave. You walk on the floor the same day for most installs.

Frequently Asked Questions

01 What flooring materials do you install?
We install luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, porcelain tile, natural stone (travertine, slate, marble, limestone, granite), and commercial flooring including LVT, sheet vinyl, carpet tile, and commercial wood. For details on any of these, see our dedicated installation pages: [LVP installation](/lvp-installation/), [laminate installation](/laminate-installation/), [porcelain tile installation](/porcelain-tile-installation/), [natural stone installation](/natural-stone-installation/), and [commercial flooring installation](/commercial-flooring-installation/).
02 How do I choose the right material for my home?
The right material depends on the room, your traffic and use patterns, your budget, and your aesthetic. As a general guide: LVP for whole-home installs and any room that might see water (kitchens, bathrooms, laundry); porcelain tile for bathrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic entryways; natural stone for luxury statement spaces and custom showers; laminate for bedrooms and budget-friendly living-area refreshes; and commercial-grade products for business properties. We help you choose during the free in-home consultation.
03 How long does a typical flooring installation take?
Most LVP and laminate installs of 1,000+ square feet are completed in three days. Single-room installs often finish in one day. Tile installations vary by size and substrate prep — smaller projects in 2 days, larger or large-format jobs in 3 to 5 days. Natural stone takes longer than porcelain due to pre-sealing and calibration. We schedule most projects within one week of signing the estimate.
04 Do you handle subfloor preparation?
Yes — every installation includes a thorough subfloor assessment. We handle slab leveling with self-leveling compound, moisture barriers for slab-on-grade homes, crack isolation membrane for tile installations, and removal of any existing flooring. Skipping subfloor prep is the most common reason new floors fail prematurely, and we don't skip it.
05 Do you install commercial flooring?
Yes. We handle commercial projects across the Phoenix metro — office buildouts, retail spaces, multifamily turnover, light-industrial, and tenant improvements. We work after-hours and weekends to accommodate occupied buildings, provide full COI and W-9 documentation, and coordinate with GCs and property managers. See our [commercial flooring installation](/commercial-flooring-installation/) page for details.
06 What if I already bought my flooring materials?
Our [installation-only service](/installation-only/) is for homeowners and businesses who have already purchased flooring from Home Depot, Floor & Decor, LL Flooring, or a specialty retailer. Same expert crew, same quality guarantee, labor-only pricing.
07 Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing options for residential remodels — you don't need to pay the full project cost up front. We walk through options during the consultation so the budget conversation is part of the planning, not an afterthought.
